Equipped with his amplified electric saz and hypnotic Anatolian psych-grooves, virtuoso Elektro Hafız performs live at Kaserne Basel for the Ost Express Film Festival.
With an unmistakable blend of traditional oriental scales, hypnotic psychedelic rock, and hard-hitting contemporary club rhythms, Elektro Hafız electrifies international audiences. Born and musically shaped in Istanbul and currently based in Cologne, his live performances build an ecstatic bridge between Anatolian folklore and western club culture—irresistibly danceable, boundary-pushing, and virtuoso.
Amplified electric saz & live synthesis
Unique fusion of Anatolian funk & electronics
